As a convenience to you, Xtreme Gymnastics will allow registered children to make up a missed class on a different day and time. Make-up classes must be scheduled ahead of time with our hospitality team. Walk-ins will not be allowed. All Make-up classes must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the missed class. In addition, make-ups must be completed in a class of the same program, level and age group.
At Xtreme, we want to make things as easy as possible for YOU! So, we have implemented our auto-pay system. Each customer is required to have a debit or credit card on file. On the 20th of each prior month, each customer's card on file will be charged for the monthly investment. If you prefer not to have you card on file charged, you can pay online or over the phone with another card or you can choose to pay in person (credit, debit, or cash--sorry, no checks). Families must keep an up to date credit/debit card on file. There will be a $25 charge every time a payment is declined.
Xtreme offers multiple family member discounts (immediate family only) of 20% off for each additional child.
More than one class, 20% discount on second class for the same child.
Winter Weather Policy:
To keep in the loop during inclement weather, check for notifications on Facebook and through email. Xtreme does not follow any local school district closings. Typically, we remain open unless conditions around our building and lot are too unsafe for families. Check that your email is correct on your account, and please check the Xtreme Gymnastics Facebook page to see if we will be open and holding classes.
