PARENT & TOT

45 Minutes Parent-Assisted Class

Beginning at 12 months old (and able to walk), children participate in this introductory gymnastics class with the security of the parent by their side.

With the assistance of our coaches and the parent, this class will teach the basics of gymnastics and movement and gym safety in a fun and exciting environment.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS

45 Minutes Structured Class
(Independent/No Parents)

Aimed at 3 and 4 year olds, preschool classes teach the fundamentals of floor, beam, bars, vault, trampoline, and tumble trak skills and safety.

All of our preschool classes are set up to encourage cognitive and physical growth, incorporating color, shape, and number and letter recognition into fun lesson themes that change frequently for continued excitement and learning.
