In our Lil Ninja class (ages 3-5), our members will work on obstacle course training, freestyle movement and introductory gymnastics skills--including strength, flexibility, balance, control, and coordination.
Our School Age Ninja class (or Ninja FUNdamentals) will work on physical benefits including increased strength, agility, endurance and flexibility in our very own separate Ninja Gym in a "ninja warrior" style environment and state of the art ninja rig complete with everyone's fave--the warp wall!
By teaching the children to have fun while being a “Ninja warrior” we are helping to instill a lifelong love of activity and physical fitness while increasing their overall self-confidence.
