55 Minute Structures Class
This awesome progressive program for girls ages 5 and up consists of six progressive recreational levels.
Our classes go from basic gymnastics for beginners to advanced skills for experienced gymnasts.
Coaches work with the students to develop skills, strength, flexibility and confidence!
More About Recreational Gymnastics
Skills are always performed in a safe, supervised environment.
Each child's progress is charted on a skill chart that allows coaches to track performance and skill mastery necessary to move up to the next level for more exciting skill challenges.
